There is not a day that goes by that I do not receive an email advertising the services of the greatest marketing guru this side of Mars. If you have a web site and registered your site with the search engines you get these solicitations. They come and they come, well you get the picture.
Most of them claim to have the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tool to make your website a top ten Google listing. Which means that when someone goes to Google or Yahoo and types in a search term that describes your service, your site is listed in the top ten results. If you do any National or International business that is what you want. You want to attract folks from all over the Nation or World if possible through the world-wide-web.
If you give this some thought and believe me, I have given it thought and dollars! Here is what I have determined, if the guru truly is as good as they say, why help you? Here is one better, type in to Google “search engine optimization marketing” and see if that guru is in the top ten. I have yet to find one that has emailed me in the top ten.
What is the point of all this SEO stuff you may ask? When people spend money on any product or service quality is important. Receiving exactly what has been advertised and then contracted for is expected. Where you rank on the search engines has nothing to do with your effectiveness. It only means that Google or Yahoo has rated your web site as one that offers the closest information to the search term you put in.
The Last Resort Panama is in the Recovery business. I spent the better part of an hour on the phone today with Liam of Stardust Interventions out of San Antonio Texas. We discussed the necessity of alternatives to the medical model of treatment, methods of treatment that result in positive outcomes.
At The Last Resort Panama here is what we know, the social model of treatment works. The techniques we use to allow an individual or family to address the issues necessary to a sustainable and positive recovery works. The techniques and exercises we teach work. How do we know? We have a proven track record of success. Our treatment team members are walking examples of recovery. In fact, we have more than 100 years of successful recovery experience between the 4 members of the team.
Not only do we offer a rehabilitation center for treatment but we also offer alternatives to rehab. So look us up on Google and we will not be in the top ten. But look at our results and you will be glad you did. Take some time now and go to our web site at www.TheLastResortPa.com . Take some time and view our methodology video.
Compare us to the other elite drug and alcohol rehabs. Resort style rehabs have been reserved for only the wealthy and celebrities until now. Take some time and view our Price video and you will recognize the opportunity that awaits you.

Drug and Alcohol Rehab Services
We live in the information age. As the world advances technologically information is disseminated more easily and widespread. People have the ability to question information via the internet and gather data that confirms or negates the concept. Furthermore, as we advance so do our values, beliefs, and customs. Today in the United States it is more acceptable for fathers to display more affection with their children. Parents are more apt to talk to their children about issues that once seemed taboo. Alcoholism and drug awareness has spread like wildfire. The days of a police officer taking the keys to a drunk drivers car are long gone.
With this vast spreading of information comes with it opportunity. For the individual or family affected by drug addiction and/or alcoholism the ability to address these issues is enhanced. The idea of rehab is much more common today. Celebrities seem to be in the news entering treatment facilities on a weekly basis! The stigma has diminished somewhat. Getting help is more acceptable then ever before.
However, knowing where to turn can be extremely confusing. With this vast network of information called the world-wide-web it can be simple yet profoundly confusing. Here are some helpful hints.
First the cost of treatment can be radically expensive. With facilities charging upwards to $40,000 for 30 days of treatment. Now I recognize that price is only an issue n the absence of value. However, $40,000 seems to me to be rather excessive. Here is a suggestion, consider treatment outside of the country in the new haven for medical tourism, Panama! The Last Resort Panama is affordable for everyone and is on the cutting edge of treatment.
The second important factor is Privacy. As advanced as the country has become, unless you are a celebrity, alcoholism and addiction is not fashionable. It is frowned upon. Therefore a truly private setting is recommended. At The Last Resort Panama, the center is registered as a medical tourism facility. Therefore, a guest can honestly deny formal treatment on applications such as life insurance applications. A nurse, doctor, attorney, police officer can visit The Last Resort for the same recovery experience as the other elite rehabs and be safe from unnecessary challenges in their occupations.
Environment is a factor to consider. Steer clear of the traditional institutional settings. Enjoy the serene tropical beauty of Panama. Not a geographical cure, time out of the rat race to get well.
Most importantly is methodology. Traditional medical model treatment can be counterproductive. Social methodology, holistic modalities, therapeutic techniques that are focused on the here and now and the future are essential for successful life long recovery. Visit The Last Resort Panama’s web site, and learn what the recovery world is buzzing about.

Alcoholism not Alcoholwasm!
I was recently speaking with a caller to our center. The caller said, I do not think I am an alcoholic/addict. My question to this gentleman was, what is an alcoholic/addict to you? His response was simple and probably more advanced than most. He said, “a person that alcohol or drug use causes more trouble than pleasure.”
I expressed to the gentleman that I thought his response was advanced. Typical responses include, the person is a loser, can not get a job, gets arrested due to alcohol/drug use related incidents, drinks/drugs everyday, is a thief, and on and on...
However, at The Last Resort Panama, our guests attend “Real Life Rehab” for several reasons:
1) Alcohol or drug use is causing more trouble than pleasure.
2) Alcohol or drug use is causing more trouble than pleasure, coupled with:
a. Family history of alcoholism or drug abuse.
b. Trauma history.
c. Recent incident such as arrest, family issue, spousal infidelity, medical challenge, employment challenge, no employment, anger issues, mental health challenge, friend, family, coworker, employer suggestion to get help, etc…
d. Mental health issues.
3) Some belief by the individual, possibly encouraged by a loved one, colleague, employer, and/or significant other that alcohol or drug use is hindering their productivity, life, happiness, success, etc…
4) Desire to be, do and have more in their life free of mind-altering substances.
5) An individual that has been substance free for an extended period of time however, believes it is necessary to implement “Real Life Rehab” techniques into their life and has been unsuccessful.
A guest at The Last Resort Panama, does not have to be an alcoholic/addict! A guest must have a desire to succeed in life, free of alcohol or any mind-altering substances. A guest attends the “Real Life Rehab” program to enhance their desire to live a sober, productive, prosperous life in all respects.
We believe that the use of alcohol or any mind-altering substance should be alleviated if:
A) An individual desires to be substance free.
B) An individual has issues such as;
a. Anger
b. Resentment
c. Family history
d. Legal history where alcohol or drug use has played a part
e. Employment challenges due to the use of alcohol or any mind-altering substance
f. Educational challenges due to the use of alcohol or any mind-altering substance
g. Lack of motivation or is subject to depression therefore “I drink or use”
h. Lack of Esteem therefore “I drink or use”
i. Any issue that establishes a reason in the individuals mind to “Drink or use” other than the use of legal substances for social, religious, spiritual, medical or relaxation purposes.
If you think you may have a problem, we believe it is more than 99.9999% probable that you do, why take the chance of wasting another day of your life contemplating this? Labeling oneself an Alcoholic/addict is completely a personal decision. Defining alcoholic, disease concept, addict, addiction, or anything else you can think of is not a precursor to living a sober, productive, prosperous life in all respects.
At The Last Resort Panama, you will find the answers to finding and achieving joy in your life, you will be equipped with a game plan to live a sober, productive, prosperous life in all respects. You will know peace, serenity, and spiritual well being and reasonable happiness.
Peace,
Dan :)

Is Alcoholism a disease?
I was fortunate to have some great mentors throughout the years. One thing I learned very early on in my career was to not personalize anything that is said. Obviously, if the issue is a topic that is of the personal nature and directed to you, then I must look at the challenge and evaluate that issue as objectively as I can. Furthermore a step in the evaluation process should include a mentor.
If the issue strikes a chord in my gut, there is something there and it is more important at the time the issue is presented to simply thank the person for their insight and do not discuss until and only until the evaluation process is completed. “Restraint of pen and tongue.” This advice has proven to me to be excellent advice throughout the years.
Utilizing this method of evaluation has allowed me to grow significantly as a human becoming. It has helped me to advance in business and it has assisted me to develop the techniques we utilize at The Last Resort Panama.
I receive quite a bit of email daily most positive yet some confrontational. Of course I apply these rules to email as well. Quite frankly it is a bit easier via email than it is being confronted in person. Today I received an email offering the opinion of one of America’s scholars. I believe she was head of research and development for a top-ten research university. Sorry, just my way to be humorous, this individual had an opinion and wanted me to know what that opinion is.
What I have found in life is that we are all full of opinions. In fact opinions are what helps us to advance and challenge what we know. One of my favorite professors ever, was a science professor and the first thing he taught us was that “science is not dogma”. It is from this place that I write.
The email said, “alcoholism is not a disease!” The correspondence went on to design a well thought out argument supporting her contention. What a wonderful piece of work. I thought to myself, what does this have to do with me? As a matter of fact I steer very clear of controversy that alienates people from our mission. Helping people recover!
The question that is integral is not “why” alcoholism or “what is alcoholism” but “How do I recover”? Recovery is the key. I remember when Mel Gibson released the movie “The Passion of The Christ.” I went to the movie on opening day. There was such a buzz for the release.
When the show completed, I sat in my seat for what seemed like an eternity. I spent the next week contemplating what I experienced. As a matter of fact, I went to see the movie for 4 days in a row. I read and listened to the reviews by all of the parties and factions, secular, religious and spiritual. Yet, besides the violent nature of the film, the impact it had on me came from one scene. The scene came from The Gospel of John. The Pharisees brought the woman accused of adultery to Jesus. Of course, Jesus told them “he who is without sin cast the first stone”!
For me, it is imperative that I keep an open mind, I do not judge, I love, I serve, and I carry the message of Hope! I have found in the treatment of alcoholism that different treatments work. That whether a person believes alcoholism is a disease, a sin, a result of trauma or whatever, people recover. Treatment works, drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs work effectively.
Peace,
Dan ☺

Forgiveness
I enjoy reading today. As I have mentioned I receive a bunch of newsletters and ezines. When I read these they always stimulate thought and ideas. It is difficult to totally agree on everything in one article. In fact that goes both ways. I do receive comments on my blogs, website, Facebook, MySpace etc... Sometimes they are really good and sometimes I cringe and think, "that is not what I meant why is this guy such a...."!
I really enjoyed this article and wanted to share it with you. I have noticed that there are 2 types of folks in the area of forgiveness. The one that says, I never hurt anyone, I only hurt myself! And those that live in shame for what they have done.
There is something here for both.

Forgiveness
Top Six Reasons To Forgive
By Michelle Beaudry
Jul 16, 2008
No one can change the past, but you do have the power to upgrade how you feel about it, and that makes all the difference. You can take your power back from all those painful memories, and make peace with your past. Forgiveness heals the guilt and the hurt, and does this quietly, privately, and thoroughly. Forgiveness does not mean that you let anyone off the hook, it means that your present happiness is more important than your past suffering. Forgiveness does not mean that you condone the hurtful things done to you, it means that you reclaim your right to run your own life.
Right now those hurtful things are running your life, and how is that working for you? The people who hurt you may have ruined your yesterdays, but only you are in charge of your tomorrows. And if you feel guilt over people that you have hurt, forgiving yourself will heal you and allow you to move forward with a happier attitude and a healthier body.
So here are the top six reasons to forgive.
1 You will feel better and laugh more. Resolving all that negative spin from your past allows you to enjoy yourself and have the daily fun you really want. Your buttons will stop being pushed because they will be gone. You see, guilt and hatred resolve nothing, they just sustain the negativity that continues to stop you from reaching your personal and professional goals. Forgiveness, on the other hand, undoes the stickiness that binds you to all those unhappy yesterdays, and this returns your personal energy to your present life, and you get more done. Forgiveness is excellent for improved prosperity and success in every area of your life.
2 You will be healthier. Carrying negativity appears to cause many physical ills. The body and the mind are the same thing. Just as ice and steam are still basically water, your body and your mind are simply different manifestations of your spirit. Relieve your mental stress and your body will be happier too. Nothing relieves mental stress like forgiveness. Forgiveness heals.
3 People will like you better. You will be a more enjoyable person to be around, and will attract more positive people to your life. Humans are imperfect, and we all make mistakes. One trait of positive people is that they take life less personally, and readily forgive mistakes as they happen. On the other hand, perfectionists are often miserable people, having standards way too high to be reached. Would you settle for mere excellence? Then do so, and your relations with others will improve immediately. Perfectionists are all about judgement, whereas happy people are all about smiles. Sure, there are fights worth fighting, but if you live is one long series of fights with other people, the exhaustion must be terrible for you. Forgive and life improves. It really is that simple.
4 You will stop the constant suffering. Forgive others exactly because what happened was not your fault. Ask yourself: What was done to me? How long ago did all that happen? Are those hurtful people still in my life? Why should I keep suffering for what someone else did? Since it was not my fault, why am I still paying for it? Of course you have suffered way too long and way too much already. And those hurtful people have probably been gone from your life for years. So let the suffering stop right now. Forgive them.
And it may be that complete, one hundred percent may not be possible for you at first, and that is fine. Not to worry, because you can start with a small percentage of forgiveness and work up. How about forgiving them ten percent? Twenty? Eighty? Even five percent forgiveness is an excellent step in the right direction. The more you forgive, the better you will feel.
5 You have punished yourself long enough. Self forgiveness stops the overwhelming feelings of guilt that obstruct your happiness. Ask yourself: What was my crime? How long ago did that happen? Am I still doing stuff like that? If I had been imprisoned for it, would I be out by now? You have likely already punished yourself way too much, and it is time to grant yourself a full pardon. Forgive does not mean forget, it means accepting responsibility, and moving on with your life in positive ways, having learned your lessons. You can stop spinning over how you used to be and get on with creating the good life you have always deserved. So forgive yourself. Today. Right now. Since you cannot undo what you did, you must do the next best thing, and that is to face what happened, and then let the blame go.
6 No one needs to know. Forgiveness happens privately, between you and God, or between you and your higher self. You do not need to call anyone up or write any letters. Forgiveness is an internal healing, and it is all about you. Other people will have to forgive themselves for what they did. Your concern is you. You evolve all the time anyway, so why not evolve for the better?
And here is how do forgiveness. As you remember past events and the people involved, feel forgiveness flow from your heart out to them and back to yourself. Visualize what happened and who was there, forgiving everything and everyone involved. If you are not particularly visual, that is not a problem at all, since you can just sense and feel what happened, and process from there. Sensing and feeling work just as well as visualizing.
If anger arises when you think of some people, then in the privacy of your own thoughts, confront them. Tell them how you feel about what happened, and spend all of that anger you feel toward them. Tell them all the things you would never say to their face, but need to express. And then forgive them.
You may need to feel forgiven by your higher power. Please know that God forgives you the first time you ask, so only ask once. If you have to ask twice, then it is you who is not forgiving you. Forgive yourself fully knowing that God never needs to be asked twice.
Hypnosis allows the process to work more quickly and throughly, and in my years of seeing clients, I have seen the power of forgiveness help people get the changes they seek. My CD "The Forgiveness Pyramid" may be useful for you, and information on that is on my website.

A Perfect Match: By Alan Cohen
I just read this and wanted to share it with you.
Dan :)
Fritz Kreisler was a skilled and devoted violinist who had a lifelong dream to own a Stradivarius. For many years Fritz worked hard to earn enough money to buy the coveted instrument. Finally he took his life savings to New York City's music district and searched many stores. After numerous inquiries, he found a shop with a Stradivarius for sale. The shopkeeper went to the back of the store, removed the violin from under lock and key, and showed it to Fritz.
Fritz's eyes lit up and his heart began to pound as he held the delicate instrument to his neck and began to play. Heavenly tones sang forth, and Fritz knew this was indeed the instrument he had dreamed of. When he asked the owner the price, Fritz was shocked to learn it was twice the amount he had saved.
"Can we work out a payment plan?" asked Fritz hopefully.
"Sorry, we don't do that," answered the shopkeeper.
"Then will you hold the violin for me until I can borrow more money to purchase it?"
"I'm afraid I cannot do that, either, sir. If someone comes in and offers the asking price, I will have to sell it to that customer."
Fritz went home and scurried to gather together more money from friends and investors. He made slow progress, but within a month he found people to help him. Eagerly he returned to the music store and told the owner he was now able to make the purchase.
"You're just a little late," the shopkeeper explained. "A few days ago a wealthy collector came in and purchased the Stradivarius."
Fritz was crestfallen. He had come so close to having his heart's desire! On his way out of the store, an idea occurred to him. He turned and asked the shopkeeper, "Would you give me the name of that collector? I will contact him directly and ask if he would sell it to me."
The shopkeeper gave Fritz the information, and he made an appointment to go see the owner. "It has been my lifelong dream to own this instrument," Fritz told the fellow. "Would you consider selling it to me? I think I can get some more money to purchase it from you at a profit."
The owner shook his head and answered, "I'd like to help you out, but I know the value of this violin. It is the jewel of my collection. I intend to keep it as an heirloom."
"I understand," answered Fritz. "Perhaps, then, you would let me play the violin for just a minute of two. It would mean a lot to me, and I will keep the memory for a lifetime."
The collector consented and handed Fritz the violin. Joyfully Fritz took up the bow and, knowing he would never play this violin again, made the instrument sing with absolute passion. After a few minutes he returned the violin to its owner, thanked the man, and made his way to the door.
As Fritz had his hand on the doorknob, the owner called him back. "Don't go," he told him. "You made such beautiful music. I bought this violin simply as a collector's item. You will bring more happiness and beauty to the world with it than I will. The violin belongs to you. Here, please take it."
Society's rules of ownership are superseded by a profound spiritual principle called The Right of Consciousness. You own what you own not by money or force, but by your love for it and your spiritual connection to it. If something is deeply imbedded in your soul, it belongs to you. It comes to you and adheres to you by your appreciation and right use of it. While it appears that external rules govern who owns what, the prevailing law is the Right of Consciousness. You cannot get what you have not earned by right of consciousness. If you are trying to attract a mate, job, or living situation, you must be equal to it in your thoughts and feelings. You must love it, know you deserve it, and hold a vision for healthy, joyful use of it. Then and only then will it come to you, and without struggle or strain. You don't have to fight for it; you just have to be one with it.
When your consciousness is ripe for the object of your heart's desire, it will come naturally. It will not require a miracle or quantum leap. It will be in the flow as your logical next step. And no one will be able to take it from you. Jealousy is a form of insecurity and represents ignorance of the principle of Right Consciousness. If you are matched with something you truly deserve by your unity with it, it is yours by universal law, and no one can interfere.
A Course in Miracles tells us, "You are under no laws but God's." Behind all the rules people create, eternal principles are operating flawlessly. Justice is always being accomplished by the power of intention. Found yourself in spiritual law, and everything you want and deserve will come to you and stay with you by virtue of love.

I am one of those guys that if I think there is value in something I will explore it. I often end up on people's email E-Zine lists. I always read the articles until they prove to be worthless. I get a dozen a day. Some are weekly, monthly, daily e-zine's.
My two favorite are Dr. Joe Rubin's, The Center for Personal Reinvention
Http://www.CenterForPersonalReinvention.com. It is a great newsletter, his Power Principles are phenomenal. I look forward to receiving it, it is a periodic newsletter and not overwhelming.
The second is a daily news letter from David Ricklan. It always has great quotes, and two short articles that can be easily printed or converted into a JPeg file.
I have believed for a very long time that "Guilt" is a "BS" emotion! I am copying the article I received today titled, "Guilt Steals Your Life". I am copying the entire article even though at the end Larry is plugging his program. I have not evaluated this course yet. But when I do I will post you, the article is worth the read.
The self-development industry seems to focus on the attainment of money as the determinant factor for success. This is not a black and white phenomenon in other words it simply "appears" to be so. It is implied in the message that the marketers use to get you to buy. Why? Because as much as “sex sells” so does making money! Creating massive wealth. Living the life of a rock star without the fame! But, there is enormous personal value in self development products. If you go to Larry's site you will see exactly that. I hope you enjoy the article. ***Guilt Steals Your Life***
By Larry Crane, the Official Guide to Abundance

Your mind is not your friend.
Your mind is in the business of keeping you controlled, captive and negative.
Your mind wants you to think you are owned by it.
One of its tools is guilt.
What value is the feeling of guilt? How does it help you? How does it make you feel better? How does it make you more positive, more loving, more happy, more abundant, more successful? You immediately see guilt is of absolutely no value to you. Your mind tells you guilt helps you by keeping you from repeating the behavior you are feeling guilty about. A lie. That’s your mind telling you a lie. Guilt makes you prone to the same behavior that got you feeling guilty.
Guilt does nothing positive for you.
You say or do something you have decided is bad. You feel guilty. You go into fear of the consequences of whatever you said or did. Something bad will happen to you unless you punish yourself, says your lying mind.
You add whatever you feel guilty about to your subconscious negativity file in your mental computer. You go on with your life, one more thing in your subconscious mind to feel bad about. And, you go on with your life with this negativity clouding your view of the world. You go on with this additional bit of negativity coloring your view of everything you look at. It’s like putting on a pair of eyeglasses clouded over by all the guilt you have collected over time. Are you beginning to see how guilt robs you of your happiness, your love, your abundance?
And, guess what? Are you starting to see it? This guilt keeps you holding onto the thought you are not a good a person, you are a bad person, undeserving of good things. There is a hell alright. The hell is the feeling, the belief you are bad, deserving of punishment. That is hell and that is a lie.
Guilt is one of the feelings that keeps you locked in negativity. Each bit of negativity you have collected, blocks out a bit of positivity. Do you see how negativity blocks you from having all the love that you naturally are, all the happiness that you naturally are, all the perfect health that you naturally are, all the abundance that you naturally are? Do you see how the negativity you have collected, negativity such as guilt, how all this negativity robs you of your life, your aliveness?
Your mind is saying, you’ve done or said all of these things, you’ve hurt people with actions and words. That’s the very same mind that told you to do or say those things! Do you see what your mind is doing? Are you catching on to your mind’s game?
Look what’s been happening. Look how this game of guilt has you holding onto thoughts in your mind about doing and saying bad things, wrong things, hurtful things, negative things. How does it help you to hold onto all those garbage thoughts and feelings? It does not help you one iota, does it?
Your mind is a collection---let’s say it another way---you have collected all of those guilty feelings and you are holding them in your mind. Each and every one of those things is running in the background of your life. Is it any surprise you are not as happy as you could be? Is it any wonder you keep doing the same hurtful actions over and over and over again?
You could become pessimistic when you see the truth of what you have been reading here. You know what has been said is true yet you see no way out.

The Last Resort Pa, The difference maker!
If you utilize the internet you have heard the term search engine optimization, SEO. If you are an entrepreneur you probably get bombarded with the “Marketing in a Box” syndrome. Some self-proclaimed guru has the way to generate money for you utilizing the system that brought them millions! I wonder, if I found the secret to successful internet sales and marketing would I share it with my competitors so they have the same edge that I have? I wonder if Pepsi would share it with Coke? Maybe for $49!
What does this have to do with The Last Resort Pa and Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation you may ask? Nothing! Well actually quite a bit. As we progress in expanding and bringing this service to more people we are working on that SEO stuff. However, what concerns me is the idea that our website needs to be optimized for Google, Yahoo, and search engines. What does that mean? In a nut-shell they suggest that a successful site should have an enormous amount of content on the topic, in our case “Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation” and filled with the key words, like ‘Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation”. We must make sure our site has what everyone else in our industry has but more of it! So we must add Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation to our website www.TheLastResortPa.com everywhere you look.
Maybe I am an idealist but that just makes no sense to me. The Last Resort Pa is different. We believe in eradicating the terminology that is oppressive. Individuals that come to the center are not patients they are visitors our guests. They are participants! That may seem petty on the surface. But believe me when someone visits The Last Resort Pa, they leave with an individual game plan for life. They know the traps and they are prepared for them. They have set goals and they have developed a game plan to achieve them. They do not feel like they just came from a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Program! They have experienced the foundation of their personal life long recovery process.
Success is the attainment of a worthy Goal or ideal. The self-development industry seems to focus on the attainment of money as the determinant factor for success. This is not a black and white phenomenon I am speaking about. It is implied in the message that the marketers use to get you to buy. Why? Because as much as “sex sells” so does making money! Creating massive wealth. Living the life of a rock star without the fame!
Successful recovery is the attainment of a worthy goal or ideal. To live a prosperous, clean and sober life focus on two objectives: 1) Family and personal goals. 2) Giving back to the still suffering and recently recovered addict & or alcoholic.
The Last Resort Pa, a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Program? No, it is a place to begin to focus on the aspects of life that are necessary to live a prosperous, clean and sober life. But my SEO advisors say that we must make sure our website has those keywords like, “Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Program” throughout our website.
Not resolution but revolution… The medical model of treatment in a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Program often focuses on the challenges and issues of alcoholism and drug addiction. At The Last Resort Pa, we suggest a revolution. Reframing how we see and interact within the world. Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation must be reframed into a belief that “I am living my life, one day at a time striving towards the attainment of my worthy goals and ideals”. When an individual focuses on what they don’t want they will get more of what they don’t want.
I recognize that it seems impossible to control all of our thoughts. We have thousands of thoughts per hour. It sounds overwhelming. But there are techniques to redirect our thoughts when they begin to focus on what we do not want. A shift in your emotions can change what you focus on quickly. At The Last Resort Pa, for SEO purposes a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Program, a guest will learn exactly how to shift those feelings into productive emotions that will attract more of what you want!
If you or a loved one is looking for a quality “Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Program” look no further. The Last Resort Pa is the place to be…
